I am tired today.
Detox is not making me feel better. It is making me face my ghosts in the cupboard.
Detox is stressful. Planning every meal, can I do this or that?
Not to mention, for someone that is saving for a family holiday overseas next month it is depleting my wallet.
As I have said previously, it has become about so much more than the food.
I don’t know how to face the ghosts in the cupboard.
