Short jog warm-up (probably 500 metres or so)

5 X 50 metre sprint/ walk backs

20 x lying down bicycles, 20 bag punches, jog/walk lap around house

30 x lying down bicycles, 20 bag punches, jog/walk lap around house

so on and so forth until reached 100.
