I was still a little sensitive.
As a recommendation I took Magnesium tablets.
I rubbed a heap of Voltaren into my legs and on the bottom of my left foot.

During training, since I ran 10km I began to write all my runs and motivational talk to myself on the mirror in my bathroom. That was all erased yesterday and replaced with “You ran 21km’s”. On race day I wrote “SMASH IT! … and have fun!” on the mirror, that had to go also.

Is work out which run I’m doing next! 15km’s? 10km’s? Whatever, its going to be a walk in the park after 21km!
