It is time to introduce you to Freedom Tiger’s newest client – Chris Kirby aka DiktionOne.
Kirby is Burn City (Melbourne) through and through, from his personal style to his Hip Hop influences.
His love of Hip Hop was sparked back in high school when an influential mate played him, Bias B’s, back in ’88 and Hilltop Hoods, Left Foot Right Foot. This initial meeting with Hip Hop grew to a pure love for the culture and everything that went along with it, including sifting through records at Obese Records on the weekend and doing graffiti with his mates.
DiktionOne has just released his debut project ‘Drops of Ink’ which saw him team up with DJ Rellik of Turnstyle Records. Rellik was responsible for the production and cuts of the project, without him the operation would have never become a reality.
DiktionOne has been described as a high-energy performer who demands crowd involvement. With an undying passion and professional attitude towards performing, he has been described by his peers byas a natural performing MC.
Diktion One and Rellik will team up again to release the first studio album late 2011. Production of the lead single film clip is already in motion.
You can stay tuned with what DiktionOne is up to on both Facebook and Reverbnation.
